Certified Pilates Teacher, Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.
I'm a Fitness Instructor since 1995 and have completed numerous courses over the years to expand my knowledge and stay up to date with new techniques. Today, I am a Pilates teacher who has completed the BASI Pilates Masterclass. I have also completed the Corpus Pilates Basic Course, Level 1 and Level 2. I am an FAF Aerobics Instructor, and completed the FAF (Fitness Academy of Finland) Personal Trainer certification in 2018. I am also a Shindo Instructor-Assistant and lead BodyPump and BodyBalance classes in sports clubs. In addition, I provide group and personal training sessions for clients of all ages and offer MER massage services. I work daily with clients aged 16 to 85.
My greatest sporting achievement is grateful clients.
