WHAT IS PILATES?

PILATES strengthens the smaller muscle groups that are essential for maintaining balance, achieving maximum control over your movements, and supporting rehabilitation. Pilates is suited to clients who have higher expectations for their training and who want to exercise in a focused and mindful way. In classical Pilates classes, no music is used, allowing participants to listen to their bodies and pay close attention to sensation, breathing and movement.

On this website, we offer Pilates as a 10, 30, or 40-minute home workouts.
