CORE-BACK-GLUTES is a strength-focused class targeting the abdominal, back, and glute muscles, while also engaging other muscle groups to some extent. The workout focuses on larger muscle groups and emphasizes improving muscle tone.

On this website, you can do Core-Back-Glutes workouts as 10–30 minute home sessions. Some classes are designed to be done without equipment, but additional tools can be used to increase resistance.
