WHAT IS MOVE WITH DANCE?

MOVE WITH DANCE is a dance-based workout where we move to Latin rhythms and explore different styles. The steps are simple, and the main goal of the class is to get your body moving and enjoy the joy of movement. All you need to join is to show up and be present.

What are the benefits of  dance classes?

Participating in dance-based classes has many benefits. Dance workouts have been shown to improve posture, balance, coordination, and flexibility. They also encourage creativity and have positive effects on mental health and brain function.

On our website, MOVE WITH DANCE sessions are available as 30-minute workouts.
